Optique Lighting Honored with 2023 Architectural SSL Product Innovation Award

EMERYVILLE, Calif., November 13, 2023 – Optique Lighting, a leading designer and manufacturer of premium quality LED Nano Linear lighting, is pleased to announce that its Pivotaire Nano Linear Recessed Mud-in Linear System has been awarded with an Architectural SSL Product Innovation Award for performance, reliability, efficiency and ease of integration/use. An esteemed and experienced panel of judges from the architectural lighting community recognized Optique Lighting as an honoree.

“On behalf of the Architectural SSL Awards panel, I would like to congratulate Optique Lighting on its high-scoring honoree status,” said Architectural SSL Editorial Director Wanda Lau. “This competitive program allows Architectural SSL to celebrate and recognize the most innovative products of the past year that are advancing architectural lighting technology into various applications.”

Offered in five configurations (Straight, Wrap, Picture Frame, Zig-Zag and Custom), the high-performing, unique LED recessed Nano Linear system provides clean, modern lines of high-impact linear light to seamlessly integrate into today’s modern architecture.

With the ability to rotate 360 degrees, the patented mounting system allows designers the flexibility to integrate the product at any angle, including horizontal, vertical and any angle desired. The Pivotaire family is the only in-wall linear lighting system with a patented design that makes mounting at any angle simple and straightforward.

“Our Pivotaire Nano Linear recessed system allows the design community maximum flexibility to create without limits,” said President Joe Flynn, Optique Lighting. “We are honored that the judges of the architectural lighting community have recognized Pivotaire for innovation and advancing lighting technology.”

A unique, proprietary patented advanced light distribution system allows uniform illumination across the entire surface of the lens from one edge to the other — no dark edges — compared to other products on the market.

The Nano Linear system, which is built to a designer’s exact specifications, is available in 1-inch and 0.5-inch lens widths and in multiple lumen packages from 100+ to 400+ lumens per foot and in seven color temperatures (2200K, 2400K, 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K) with superior color rendering. The products feature high R9 and R13 values and color variation is kept within a 2-step MacAdam ellipse. The system is compatible with many popular commercial and residential control systems.

The Nano Linear luminaires are built and shipped as complete UL Listed fixtures and Title 24 compliant. To simplify ordering, the product ship with all brackets, screws, and power supplies needed for installation.
